Hi, I’m Jamie.
For over 15 years, I've been dedicated to developing workplaces people love.
During my 16-year tenure at Zappos, I served as Chief of Staff to Tony Hsieh and helped architect an intentional, values-driven employee experience. Today, I advise high-growth organizations on navigating make-or-break moments of trust to build exceptional cultures.

Secured Zappos a spot on Fortune's Best Company List and achieved its status as a WorldBlu-certified Freedom-Centered Organization.
Supported major spinoff initiatives during my time at Zappos, including the $350M downtown Las Vegas revitalization project and the launch of the #1 New York Times bestseller, Delivering Happiness (2010).
Designed the new Voice of Employee (VoE) strategy at Cricut to establish inclusive and actionable feedback mechanisms, while managing a high-volume global recruiting team that regularly oversaw 100 to 150 requisitions.
Frequently speak to national audiences on culture and community building, including events for the Great Place to Work Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Extensive C-suite and Board advisory expertise in company culture, customer experience strategy, high-performing teams, and startups or high-growth organizations.
Partnered with the CEO of a 100 year old organization to transform and strengthen their Board of Directors. Supporting handbooks, trainings and materials were presented at a national conference and are now being utilized on numerous Boards across the country
