Are the coaches certified?

Yes. All of the coaches in our Coach Match Database are certified through the Center for Business Coaching and many of them are also dual accredited through the ICF.

More importantly, all of our coaches bring decades of experience from working in organizations around the globe.

How exactly does the selection process work?

Once we have a better sense for your goals and the type of coach you’re looking for, we send you one-page resumes with information on a few of the coaches with whom you’ve matched. From there, you can choose the coach that fits best.

How much does it cost?

Our coaches have varying degrees of experience, expertise and pay rates. The range is anywhere from $250 per hour to $875 per hour and many of the coaches work on retainer.

During our intake conversation, we discuss budget and work with each client to find the best fit.
