Application Process to Join the Coach Network

1.Submit Your Interest Form

Tell us a little about yourself, your background, and the opportunities that interest you most. This brief form should take less than 10 minutes to complete and includes an opportunity to ask questions about the Coach Network.

2.Complete Your Coach Network Profile

If selected to move forward, you'll be invited to complete the Coach Network Application form which will allow us to gain a deeper understanding of your expertise, professional experience, thought leadership interests, and potential contributions to the Coach Network and the CFBC as a whole.

3.Activate & Engage

Accepted applicants officially join the Coach Network and gain access to community communications, thought leadership opportunities, professional development resources, and Coach Network programs, initiatives, and engagement opportunities.

  • There is no cost to apply or join the Coach Network. Members may choose to participate in optional CFBC memberships, training programs, workshops, certifications, and professional development opportunities available at an additional cost.

  • The initial Interest Form typically takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Applicants selected to move forward will be invited to complete a more comprehensive Coach Network Profile before a final acceptance decision is made.

  • Depending on experience, interests, and alignment, members may be considered for opportunities including Coach Match™, coaching engagements, facilitation, speaking opportunities, consulting projects, organizational development initiatives, thought leadership activities, and CFBC community programs.

  • Absolutely. Many members join the Coach Network to expand their thought leadership, strengthen their professional network, contribute to the coaching profession, and access professional development opportunities.

  • The CFBC considers multiple factors when evaluating coaches for opportunities, including coaching credentials, professional experience, industry expertise, leadership experience, specialized training, demonstrated thought leadership, participation within the CFBC ecosystem, and alignment with the needs of a specific client or engagement.

  • Participation in CFBC training programs, including the Expertise Integration Coaching Model™ and Fellowship experiences, may enhance your profile within the Coach Network and strengthen your readiness for certain coaching, consulting, facilitation, and leadership development opportunities.

  • For consulting, facilitation, and organizational development engagements, CFBC may issue a call for coaches and consultants who wish to be considered for specific client opportunities. Interested professionals may be invited to submit qualifications, ideas, or proposals based on the scope and needs of the engagement.

  • No. Membership in the Coach Network does not guarantee client engagements, referrals, speaking opportunities, or revenue-generating work. Opportunities are awarded based on client needs, expertise, experience, availability, and overall fit.
