Hi, I’m Mary.
I’m an executive advisor, organizational strategist, and founder of Evolve Your Performance, where I help leaders navigate complexity, align their organizations, and turn organizational chaos into sustainable performance.
I believe leaders have an outsized influence on organizational performance because they shape the systems, priorities, behaviors, and decisions that everyone else works within. When leaders gain greater self-awareness, think more strategically, and understand the ripple effects of their decisions, the impact extends far beyond their own effectiveness.

Holds a Research Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, where she serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development.
Edited and authored recognized academic and leadership publications, including chapters in The Palgrave Handbook of Organizational Change Thinkers and books such as Rekindle Your Passion for Leadership and The Ultimate Remote Leadership Playbook.
Led the Workforce Transformation Division in the GSA Commissioner's Office, driving organizational change, workforce upskilling, and culture change enterprise-wide.
Have often served as the only female on the Leadership Team and have coached numerous CEOs on how to increase diversity of thought on their leadership teams
