Unlock Partnership Opportunities

How confidently can we recommend you to Corporate Clients?

The CFBC has relationships with organizations across the country who are investing in coaching as a business strategy.

As coaching, consulting, facilitation, speaking, and organizational development opportunities become available to the CFBC, we’re looking across our bench of coaches to identify professionals whose expertise, experience, and strengths best align with the needs of each opportunity.

To Unlock Partnership Opportunities:

There is no single factor that determines who is selected for partnership opportunities at the CFBC. However, we consider a variety of elements when matching coaches and consultants to paid opportunities including:

  • Relevant business, leadership, and coaching experience

  • Subject matter expertise and industry knowledge

  • Coaching credentials and specialized training

  • Demonstrated thought leadership and professional contributions

  • Visibility and engagement within the CFBC community

  • Experience facilitating workshops, coaching engagements, or organizational initiatives

  • Alignment with the specific needs and goals of the client or engagement

  • Availability and interest in the opportunity

Every interaction helps us build confidence in your ability to represent the Center for Business Coaching with excellence.

Transitioning to Paid Engagements

As paid opportunities arise, qualified Coach Network members may be invited to participate based on their expertise, experience, engagement, and alignment with the specific needs of the opportunity.

Members selected for paid client engagements will complete the appropriate onboarding process and become Independent Contractors of the Center for Business Coaching for those engagements. This ensures a consistent, professional experience for both our coaches and the organizations we serve.

Participation in the Coach Network does not guarantee paid opportunities. However, consistent engagement, meaningful contribution, and demonstrated expertise position you to be confidently considered as opportunities emerge.

Professional Distinctions Available:

The more we know your expertise, experience your work, and see the impact you create, the more confidently we can recommend you when opportunities arise. Paid opportunities arise from visibility, credibility, expertise, and a consistent commitment to advancing the coaching profession.
