Throughout the Program
Participants are introduced to our proprietary Business Coach Cornerstones and use this framework to establish the developmental leadership and business performance goals they will work to advance over the next year.
Once a month, the learning cohort comes together to review and score their progress, strengthen their strategic curiosity skills, expand their coaching and leadership toolkit, receive live coaching, and advance towards their next developmental milestones.
Participants will receive accountability, support, feedback, and a plethora of specific tools and resources designed to help them confidently advance their goals and objectives.
