Our Master Business Coaches have been working one-on-one with Coachpreneurs for decades and, now, we’ve transformed the most powerful components of our business coaching frameworks into our Group Business Coaching Experience. 

Scale helps Coachpreneurs who join our small group coaching program to:

  • Influence change within the organizations they serve at a global level

Throughout the Program

Participants are introduced to our proprietary High Impact Scaffolding and use this framework to establish the developmental and business performance goals they will work to advance over the next year. 

Once a month, the learning cohort comes together to review and score their progress, strengthen their strategic curiosity skills, expand their coaching and leadership toolkit, receive live coaching, and advance towards their next developmental milestones. 

Participants will receive accountability, support, feedback, and a plethora of specific tools and resources designed to help them confidently advance their goals and objectives.
